Predator Ecology at Cedar Point Biological Station
Predator Ecology (BIOS 453/853) is offered through the University of Nebraska - Lincoln during the summer (three weeks in June) at Cedar Point Biological Station near Ogallala, NE. Students conduct their own research using a variety of predators and gain skills in natural history, mathematical modeling, statistics, writing, and scientific literacy.

One of our class activities is an experiment with the wolf spider Rabidosa punctulata, measuring its functional response and then analyzing our data with Matlab. See pictures below:
